Dr. Karen Robbins

Dr. Karen became a member of the staff at Bellevue Animal Clinic in 2022. She graduated from the Louisiana State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Poultry Science in 2018. She then continued her education and earned her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Louisiana State University School of Veterinary Medicine in 2022. Dr. Karen has a special interest in theriogenology and animal behavior and enjoys furthering her knowledge in those areas whenever she can. She is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association and the Louisiana Veterinary Medical Association.

Dr. Karen and her husband, Braxton, have a small family currently which includes their golden retriever Magnolia Mae as well as their domestic longhair cat Mr. Kitty. During her free time, she enjoys staying busy by spending time outside with her pets, baking sweets, fishing, and spending time with her family in her hometown, Folsom, Louisiana. A fun fact about Dr. Karen is that when she was young she was a state champion in archery!
