Meet Our Team

Sarah Stanford, RVT

Sarah joined the staff at Bellevue Animal Clinic as a registered veterinary technician in May of 2014. She attended Northwestern State University where she graduated with an Associate of Science degree with a concentration in veterinary technology in December of 2014. She became licensed in November of 2019.

Sarah loves connecting with clients on a personal level and making their pets’ health a number one priority. She thoroughly enjoys anesthesia and surgery in addition to performing dental radiographs and prophylactic cleanings. Sarah also enjoys learning new skills such as regenerative medicine and assisting in stem cell treatments.

Sarah has been married since 2015 to Quinton Stanford, and they have two children, Issac, who is three years old, and Genny, who is six months. Their pet family includes three English springer spaniels- Aubrie, Henri, and Margo, as well as Zach-a German shepherd, Stanley the cat, and some hens. A fun fact about Sarah is that her son Issac was born with a birthmark that is identical to hers.

Charlene Pitre, Veterinary Technician

Charlene joined the team at Bellevue Animal Clinic in March of 2016. She graduated from Opelousas Catholic School in 2008, and earned her certification for being a veterinary technician from Penn Foster College.

Charlene has two dogs, Gauge, a short haired pointer, and Tucker, a yorkie. Her favorite pastimes include going to the gym, hunting, fishing, and going on vacation with her friends. A couple of fun facts about Charlene are that she loves visiting haunted houses, and she does a “happy dance” when she gets excited about food.
