Dr. Laura Belgodere

Dr. Laura became a member of the staff at Bellevue Animal Clinic in 2019. She graduated from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology in 2015. She then continued her education and earned her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Louisiana State University School of Veterinary Medicine in 2019. Dr. Laura has a special interest in feline medicine, surgery, and emergency medicine. She is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association, the Louisiana Veterinary Medical Association, the Association of American Veterinary Medical Colleges, and the American Association of Feline Practitioners.

Dr. Laura is married to her husband Jorge Belgodere, and their pet family consists of three dogs, one cat, horses, and cattle. During her free time, she enjoys horseback riding, being outdoors, and spending time with her family, especially her four nephews. A fun fact about Dr. Laura is that she has been to almost every national park on the west coast!
